Surahs 1 - 27 part 10

    Important verses

My purpose in these following pages is to show that the Quran is repeating the message of the Hebrew Scriptures & also the original version of the Christian writings.

There are those who quote very strong verses from the Quran. What they neglect to say is that these same verses are in the Bible.

When a greeting is offered you, meet it with a greeting still more courteous, or of equal courtesy. Alaah takes careful account of all things. v86 (Sur 4) Abd. Yu. Ali)

..whose word can be truer than Alaah's? v87

(the hypocrites) They but wish that ye should reject faith, as they do, and thus be on the same footing: so take not friends from their ranks.. v89

Others you will find that wish to gain your confidence as well as that of their people: every time they are sent back to temptation, they succumb thereto; ... in their case We have provided you with a clear argument against them. 4:91

Not equal are those believers who sit and receive no hurt, and those who strive and fight in the cause of Alaah with their goods and their persons ... a special reward - ranks specially bestowed by Him and forgiveness and Mercy, for Alaah is oft - forgiving, Most Merciful. v95-96
